🤝 Our Security Standars

Overview

In addition to security on behalf of our customers, it is our duty to maintain data privacy to the best of our ability, yet it never hurts to have strong credentials and security measures in place on our customers' accounts to prevent leaks.

Standards for all users

Password standards

When you define your password, it must meet the following requirements.

• Must be between 8 and 40 characters in length.
• Must have at least one capital letter and one small letter.
• Must have at least one number.
• The numeric part of the password cannot begin with sequences of consecutive numbers in ascending or descending order.
• Must contain at least one special character excluding the following characters separated by spaces: \ / ' “.
• The password must not be common.
• The password must be unique, meaning that it must not have been previously used on any other platform. This is subject to the policies established at the time of account creation.
• Password cannot match the email address associated with the account.
• The password may not contain malicious injection attempts (may be grounds for permanent account banning).

Email standars

When defining your email address, it must comply with the following rules:

• The email address cannot be previously registered to another account (including banned accounts).
• The email cannot be listed in our database as a disposable or scam email.
• In case of using user prefixes or suffixes in the email these will be removed and ignored to send emails to the original email (will be reason for autonomous security inspection).
• The user must be able to verify the email with a verification email.
• The country associated with the email must be enabled in our verification system, which may be conditioned by legal regulations.

Phone standards

• The phone numbers cannot be previously registered to another account (including banned accounts).
• The phone number must include the country code.
• The phone number should not be listed in our database as disposable or scam.
• The user must be able to verify the phone number via SMS.
• The country associated with the phone number must be enabled in our verification system, which may be conditioned by legal regulations.

Additional corporate standards

To ensure the authenticity of the companies that log in as such on our platform, they must comply with the following additional rules, (i.e. the above rules are included).

Email standars

• It must be a corporate email.
• The company should not be associated with legal problems with a country.

Website standars

• The domain must not be listed in our database as a throwaway, free, or scam domain.
