Internet and the world in general is full of cybercriminals and people who try to do evil, so here we tell you how you should protect your account with us.
Best practices
Before you create your account, security starts where you manage your data. That's why we give you some recommendations that you should keep in mind to stay relatively safe.

Uses email clients such as ProtonMail instead of Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.

Don't save passwords in the browser.

Enable 2-factor authentication on all sites that allow it.

Uses Authy as a MFA/2FA application.

Avoid using SMS as a recovery method to prevent SIM swap attempts.

Use different passwords for your accounts, you can use a password manager such as KeePass locally.

Use antivirus software such as Malwarebytes.

Use a secure browser like Brave with Malwarebytes extension.

Disable automatic downloads in the browser, an option will appear as “Ask before downloading”.

Check the security updates of your systems/software.

Always check the authenticity of the URLs you receive even if the email domains match the original.

Do not install unfamiliar extensions that may modify what you see in the browser.

Do not use public Wi-Fi networks without VPN.

Do not share your credentials or access codes (the support team will never ask you for this).

For those who want to go further with their security, here are some additional best practices you can implement.
- Use Cloudflare WARP to mask your IP.
- Install the SquareX extension on your browser Brave.
- You can use Cloudflare's DNS (1.1.1.1) to improve your connection and 1.1.2.2 to block malicious traffic from Cloudflare.
- You can check URLs, emails, phones and more with our data lookup tool.
- Use PayPal whenever the website allows you to do so, or alternatively use a disposable virtual card under recharge.
- Review domain reviews on Trustpilot.
- You can review the company's security leaks and reputation before registering.
- Contact your phone company and tell them that only you can request a new SIM card.
