🚸 Access Restrictions

Overview

To keep our infrastructure secure and optimal we have made a series of restrictions for the users that we will list below.

You will not be able to access if

• Using the browser or the Tor network.
• Using an IP that is in our blacklist.
• With certain User Agents.
• If you have been blocked for security reasons.

You will not be able to create an account with

• A disposable e-mail, phone or payment method.
• A password that does not meet our security standards.

Your account may be deleted if

• 90 consecutive days elapse without activity on it.
• You use services like Vixly to try to scam users.
• You make an illegal use with any of our products/services such as Snatch.
• If you violate the terms of service.
• If we receive a court order.
• You create direct competition for one of our products/services.
• Misuse of our products/services, e.g. resale.

We do not ensure performance and safety if

• Accessed from outdated devices.
• Public or unsecured networks are used.
• If the device is infected.
• If the user has programs or extensions with the ability to modify the content of what the user receives.
