Overview
To keep our infrastructure secure and optimal we have made a series of restrictions for the users that we will list below.
You will not be able to access if
- Using the browser or the Tor network.
- Using an IP that is in our blacklist.
- With certain User Agents.
- If you have been blocked for security reasons.
You will not be able to create an account with
- A disposable e-mail, phone or payment method.
- A password that does not meet our security standards.
Your account may be deleted if
- 90 consecutive days elapse without activity on it.
- You use services like Vixly to try to scam users.
- You make an illegal use with any of our products/services such as Snatch.
- If you violate the terms of service.
- If we receive a court order.
- You create direct competition for one of our products/services.
- Misuse of our products/services, e.g. resale.

We do not ensure performance and safety if
- Accessed from outdated devices.
- Public or unsecured networks are used.
- If the device is infected.
- If the user has programs or extensions with the ability to modify the content of what the user receives.
