Working well in a team

We have created a set of rules to follow in order to work efficiently and safely as a team.

Therefore, you should follow the following steps to work in a team:

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to your work schedule.
• Ensure all available security measures (including at least 2FA) are activated on the required platforms.
• Apply the rules and best practices outlined above to build a scalable platform.
• Avoid using no-code platforms to ensure your product remains scalable and efficient.
• Do not share content outside the company to maintain privacy.

Leading a team

We have put together a series of guidelines which we believe are indispensable for managing a team.

• Lay out team tasks on a kanban board.
• Assign tasks based on the skills of each team member.
• Create weekly challenges to motivate members to achieve them (you can give rewards).
• Encourage learning by facilitating training for your employees.
